This framework helps teams reflect on equity across three dimensions: goals, process, and outcomes. It prompts attention to values, recognition, narratives, and structures; encourages inclusive participation, relational trust, and equitable distribution; and guides the creation of accessible, equity-focused products. Drawing on interdisciplinary literature, it supports teams in surfacing assumptions, navigating tradeoffs, and reinforcing equity throughout the co-design journey.
